Royalessay.co.uk Asked for a literature review but got (an even poor!) copy-paste from wikipedia. Plagiarism and no answer

I have asked this company to write a literature review form me. I got very fast answers to my questions and the paper was done after few days. But I have soon realized that the paper was completely copy-pasted from easy to access web-sites, such as wikipedia. Plagiarism is evident even from other sources. I have also payed to have some slides done but I have received nothing. The page layout was also very poor, a series of pictures were downloaded from google and pasted without any reference. The bibliography was random and I can keep on for ages! I have written them to every email address (support, client...) and even compiled two times the form in their site. Please help me and let me know if it possible to get a refund. I'm living abroad.
