Ripoff, charged credit card without my consent nationwide

My credit card as others have reported was charged $139.95, I have a Chase card that I have NEVER used, the account number had to have been gotten through my credit card company. Did anyone else get a charge on a CHASE card or one of it's affiliates? It's almost like CHASE had to have given the number, I've NEVER used the card!!!
