Sean Downing was a speaker at the REALTOR association meeting in Chandler, AZ. I thought he was good, so I invited him to my office. Four of my friends paid him $500 for unlimited sales training over 2 years. He had one training that included 5 speakers on all different subjects — he basically parroted the exact same thing he had already said to me twice now. He has disappeared — $500 for nothing and he has disappeared.
