Capital Allianc Group, Inc
Rip-off Rare coin dealer, Mike Sands, President-Capital Alliance Group

Education & Science

I collect rare coins. I received a call from Mike Sands, President-Capital Alliance Group. He offered me a "special" deal. He said he was going to send me this coin and he just got and give me a second coin for "free".

He claimed the main coin was in MS-64 condition (near perfect). When it arrived it had deep nicks and scratches. I returned it that same day. After several weeks I didn't get refunded I contacted the company.

All I wanted was to check that they received it and the return is pending. I had to talk to 2 people before I got Mr. Sands. I was busy so I asked him "Why did I have to start from the beginning each time for something that should be easy
to check?" He said "Who are you that you can't talk to three people are you some sort of big shot out there in (my hometown) or the leader of a big company? I couldn't beleive it! He continued to call me a "whimp" when he didn't agree with my reasons for the return. As you could imagine an argument ensued. I said "what does the reason matter; I returned it
according to your policy so please credit my card. He didn't admit he would and finished with "I can see what type of person you are" and hung up. You want to know who I am Mr. Sands - someone you don't want to mess with.

I contacted my card co. And after a few more weeks we put the charge in dispute. I also reported you to the BBB and have been informing numerious coin clubs about you.

I plan on contacting your advertisement sources.
We'll see who the big shot is...
O' did I forgot to mention that the admitted that they received the coins... Please, give me a break!
