Two day shipping

I paid an extra $10 for two days shipping on March 2 for a GRE book and still, I do not have the b o o k todays date is now March 7. I called customer service and was told there was no refund for this. I was also told sorry but we do not do give refunds and the book would be to me by monday or tuesday, if not call back. I told her this is a scam taking money for a nonservice and saying well sorry no refund. Customer service then says nothing we can do. My order # 8597338014
