Tutor Corps lost a Department of Labor Standards case in which they were found to have intentionally treated several female employees as "wage slaves". They illegally classified their Office Manager position so they could force employees to work overtime and not get paid. Jesse and Noel Rosencranz lied under oath during the hearing. They produced false documents and false information. They were ordered to pay one employee almost $10,000 in penalties and another settled out of court. Do not use this company. Jesse and Noel Rosencranz are the lowest of the low. They verbally abused these employees and are dishonest in every way. They are currently being investigated by the IRS for other illegal activities which include failing to pay Worker's Compensation to their tutors. Tutor Corps and it's owners, Jesse and Noel Rosencranz are scum. Do not use them if you value your children.
