Ripping off & still advertising in the Sunday coupon sections

I waited for 4 weeks after the cheque was cashed & called. All you get is a voice mail to wait (forever) & it's not a toll-free number so eventually you give up. It's got a French message first & then English. If you go to the website, it's got French too.

I wrote a letter with a copy of the cheque & threatened to go after them. The product (bra) never came so I gave up & what do you know?! It came 8 weeks later with a catalog asking to buy more stuff from them. They must think we're really stupid.

I opened the Sunday coupon section last weekend & they're still advertising like crazy. Can no one stop them? I can't because they finally delivered the goods. So I guess I'm the lucky one considering all the other reports you see here but this is my lesson to be more careful the next time I deal with a new company!
