Ripoff fraudulent business Where did they get my credit card number?

Recently moved to Mexico, received forwarded Post card telling me my Credit Card will be billed $49 unless I call the above 800# and cancel. I have never asked for this service, nor have I ever received a credit report.

I did have an AOL address until June. I do not have a phone in Mexico, it would cost me to dial an 800 number from here.

Where did they get my credit card number? The return address is Creditupdate, the back of the card is:
