TEL consumer fraud ripoff Worldwide

I was contacted by this company 6/23/03. I was told I was approved for a credit card for 2500.00 for a processing fee of only 296.00 which I agreed to after she told me the card would come in 3-5 days and I could just take the 296.00 fee back off the card. I reviewed the details, once satisfied gave my bank information and was transferred to verifications. I was told the same information. Today is 7/23/03, one month later, I still have no card. I called them since 7/14/03 and was given the run around, I was given their customer service / management number of 1-800-704-9552 where I was told they need to pull the recordin.

If the recording showed I was mislead, I will get a refund, but they will call me right back, of course, they never did. I talked to a co worker was given google.com as a place to search for answers. When I saw so many scam complaints, I nearly fainted. I called my bank to reverse these charges and at the present time I am feeling out necessary paperwork to get my money back. I hope will all get our money back and those SOB'S get what is coming to them. I think if we could, we need to get a lawsuit filed ASAP. Good Luck to all that have been scammed and for those who have not, PLEASE do not fall for this.
