2010 dishonest false profit claims rip-off advertising

The folks from Youthlight first promised to place the machines, once we sent our money they said we had to place them. They gave us an extra machine in order to place them ourself's. However, it took several months to get all six placed, lot's of advertising and lots of long hours. Just when the Salon's where trained and starting to make a little, the company went out of business.
Some of my Salon's found out about the outstanding lawsuit regarding the manufacturing of the machines and thus requested immediate removal of the machine. So here I sat with $20,000.00 plus worth of machines and nobody that wants them. I would be willing to enter any class action suite against these folks criminal or civil. I really don't enjoy getting ripped off!
The money that they stated could be made was way overstated! They suggested $100.00 per treatment, we have several weathly area's where I had my machines, the Salon's said they just could not charge that much, people would not pay it. I found out they where correct, we had to cut our fee to $50.00 per hour.
