RedBull NorthAmerica And CCA Creative Concepts Of America Lied and ripped me off

In December of 05, I found a business opportunity for RedBull vending machines. I called the 800 number and spoke with Creative Concepts of America. They made the opportunity sound very sweet telling me that I would make $5,000 a yr per machine.

I wired a check for $22,600 and received my 5 vending machines in January 06. Luckily, I did not pay extra for the "location company" to place my machines. I did it myself since they were going to charge me around $300 per placement of machine.

In April 06, it all came tumble down when Redbull North America split with CCA the marketing company out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. I had so many doubts about this whole sale that I physically flew down to FL to meet with the company execs. I filmed the office and folks working there.

I witnessed a long list of people covering all the hallways and walls of potential purchasers of these machines. I got the territory guarantee, but that was not true because my local RedBull distributor is saturating the Chicagoland area with their own machines.

We've been waiting over 2 years for some justice. Creative Concepts had a buyback program but only offered $1200 per machine. They were supposed to pay $100 a month for a year, but went bankrupt soon after.

I still have my machine, but other victims sold them back and lost.ccA also continued selling these machines as new and that is when the FL Attorney General office and FBI got involved. We presently have a class action lawsuit pending but haven't heard from them in over one yr.

In February 08, Redbull North America had another buyback program, but we had to move all machines to a central location and have them choose whether to return them if they were new or near new, plus they were only going to give us $1200, no thanks.
