Ripoff makes false promises to teachers Framingham MA

I received a letter from Staples stating that if every teacher in the school gave Staples their back to school list, by the end of May, that every teacher would receive a $50.00 coupon.

When the lists were dropped off, I was told that the store was out of coupons, but to give them the address of the school, the number of coupons needed, and the coupons would be sent to the teachers.

A month has gone by and nothing! I have gone back to the store several times and received no coupons. I also have contacted the corporate office and was told that the program was now over, and that they were not issuing any more coupons.

Now Staples has a new program where every teacher is to get a $10.00 coupon for their lists. I have contacted the local store and was told that we did not qualify for this program because the teachers handed their lists in during May. Upon calling the corporate office I was told that we did not qualify, because we had participated in the earlier program.
What perticpation. All we got were false promises and no coupons!
