Voice Vox for the 3rd month in a row has stolen money out of our bank account. Me and my husband

I have called them and asked them how they got my account # but they wouldnt tell me, and they refused to stop withdrawing money out of the account, and they refused to return the overdraft charge from the bank.

I am tired of this happening each month. How can they keep ripping people off and NO ONE do anything about it???
