Fraudulent billing fraudulent ripoff business

I received a bill from Alyon Technologies and I have NEVER even heard of this company, nor do I understand what it does after reading their company description online.

I was billed $14.67 for two services I supposedly signed up for on the web as follows:

Premium Web Content 3 min. $14.97 Dialed to (201) 553-4707 and then Credit—LD Charge (201*) 3 Min. 0.30- dialed to (201) 553-4707.

I do not intend to pay this and have emailed the company via its customer service email address stating such.
