Charging me for something i never had

To whom it may worry,

I registered for the program over this past year. They said i'd have my resources in one or two months. Nicely time continued then three or four weeks later i obtained a letter from their store wishing my schoolwork was going well which i had a need to make a cost. I called them and told them i'dnot actually received the material. I told them i had been going to be having surgery which i did so not wish to take this program. I'dn't obtained anything from their store. The following issue i understand they sent me the materials after i'd already told them i did not wish to take this program because it took so long to get anything from their website. I withdrew before i actually received their supplies. Next issue i understand i obtain a bill for $149.30. I called them and they said i'd to pay for that and after i settled it perhaps i might put it toward another program. I stated i did not need another program. Next issue i understand i get a letter from the selection company, uscb corp., p.O. Package 1259, oaks, pa 19456. They even called me. My husband said i ought to not need to pay this and to report it for you. I did not obtain materials promptly and that i withdrew before i obtained anything from their store.incidentally the late products were sent back for them.
