I ordered a training session from Auction Listing Employment, with the promise of a full refund if not satisfied in 90 days. It was a 10 lesson program to be an E-bay reseller and work from home.
The product they advertised was not what I received. The 10 lesson program was how to buy products on E-bay and how to list products on E-bay. They said I had to become a successful E-bay buyer before I could be a seller. Not what they said in their promo.
When I contacted them for a refund, they did not reply. The company called me to get me started with a special agent. I told the lady on the phone I did not want that and I wanted a refund. She got belligerent with me and would not get me to the credit department. I emailed the company 3 times for a refund and got no response. I also requested a refund on their website twice.
When I got my credit card statement in the mail there was an extra $197 charge for a program I did not order. I tried to contact them when I got my cc statement & I got a voice mail asking to contact them again during normal business hours. I contacted them 2 days later & all 3 phone numbers to contact them are disconnected.
I reported them to my cc company as fraudulent charges. Do not order their online program.
