Failrbansk took over our mortage for Equicredit in April. We made all of aour payument, then the next thing, we recieve a letter saying that they were about to sell our house. We have juast reestablished our credit aftera previous chapte 13, now er are consiudering soing it again in order to save our house.
No one at Failrbanks will talk to us, and they can not expaion where our payment are, even thought we have reciepts. Also the payment hisory they sent is a cross word puzzle of monbo jombo.
