WorldWide Security Associates, Inc Collected millions for its US airport screeners sacrifice but illegally withheld owed TSA-paid Bonus checks from thousands of US screeners since last Oct t Los Angeles California...

While raking in millions in corporate earnings
due to thousands of its US airport screeners
daily life-risking aviation security work,
WorldWide Security's CEO Michael Ferrua, misled thousands of his patriotic employees.

When the company and its contract's
employing agency, Transportation Security Administration, asked its airport screeners
to stay at their checkpoints... Rather than bail to test for "permanent" TSA airport positions... Most employees patriotically
did so.

Each employee whom remained working until
the TSA took over their airport checkpoint
was promised no less than three times... A Bonus within 30 days after they left WorldWide
upon the TSA taking over.

Not only did WWSA break that promise, through
repeated lies by its corporate office... It
helped commit an unfair labor practice.

In making that promise, WWSA helped the TSA
delay the more experienced screeners from
being correctly labeled "permanent" TSA
employees... WWSA collued by helping the TSA
not test and hire thousands of screeners
until AFTER a deadline date that prevents
them from being fair and applying a more
federal job secure classification. Each
then-TSA/WWSA contracted screener was told,
if they bailed early... They wouldn't be allowed to test for a TSA job. Nor would
they collect any Bonus money.

The screeners were lied to when made assurances from TSA reps like Logan's,
David Ishihara, and other WWSA and TSA
spokespersons... That their being loyal
and staying at their jobs until the TSA
took over, would not cost them seniority
or a more job protected "permanent" employee
status. Neither of which was true.

This conspiracy and scam was carried out jointly to great harm to thousands of former WWSA/TSA-contracted employees.

WWSA CEO's Ferrua, first promised his
employees their owed Bonus money by
Christmas 2002. Then, he accused the TSA
of never having provided funds to them
meant for the screener's Bonus. Then, he claimed it was tied up. Then... The man
and WWSA, are just not credible.

They are little more than proof that
corporate greed is still done on the backs
and wallets of the rest of us.

In an embarassment, Globe Aviation, is the
only Logan International Airport former TSA
contractor... That has paid any long owed
Bonus money to its screeners. They gave 5%
to every qualified former Globe screener.

WWSA, Huntleigh, ITS and most other former
and in some airports, presently TSA-contracted
private contractors... Are in breach of commitment and should be barred from renewing
any airport contracts. They can't be trusted
and put the "un" in unpatriotic company.

All of these companies need to be listed on
the Better Business Bureau for bad companies.
