Ripoff will not pay for students medical bills because did not carry 12 hours, had 11, but employer still takes money from my pay check for insurance

My daughter is a student. She is 21 years old. I pay for health care for my daughter. The company takes money from my paycheck every month. They say because my daugher carried 11 hours insted of 12 they are not going to pay for her medical bills. But they are still taking my money.
