MFI Group credits not NCAA approved, Multiple credit card charges, Nursing Rip-off!

Education & Science

It has been several years since I have used MedCEU. I quit when they started to continually bill my American Express (AMEX) card for $39.99, when that was supposed to be the price of one years' service. Thankfully AMEX makes it easy to dispute a claim and they investigate also. I was refunded all my money, but it was a real pain!

Unfortunately, MedCEU.com, never answers their e-mails (link only available on their site). They do not answer their phone either. AMEX got nowhere.

So, I filed a complaint with the State of Florida, and actually corresponded with an investigator on the case. As far as I know, there was no one at their address, and they have had multiple addresses. The one I supplied is currently on their website. Yes, they are still doing "business"!!!

I am going to try to contact that investigator's office, and see if there have been any other complaints and/or if any progress has been made at all.

I will provide an update with any news and supply the address of the investigator, so other nurses can file a complaint. I need to find my paperwork on the case.

Oh, I also called my State Board of Nursing (MI) due to the CEU's being worthless (not ANCC accredited any longer by the time I found out the company was ripping nurses off) and they assured me that I was OK, since I was not aware and was reporting the problem.
