Ripping off Nurses

I signed up with medceu December, for two years. Just a few weeks later I found out the ceu were not accepted by ANCC. I immediately asked for my money back, but, of course, received no reply.

I saw this website and then tried to email medceu, but even with my student ID # the website would not accept an email from me. How can they still be in business?
