Educational rip off

Well at one time i was planning on having my children home schooled. We know a lady who volunteered to be the teacher/overseer. Well i paid my enrollment fee... $208.00 for three children. Paid it early to get the discount. Well about three weeks later this is in july the lady who was going to teach backed out.

I contacted the school head master and asked for a refund. Now we havent even started the school year at this time. Left a voicemail. No response. Gave it a week, called back. Got ahold of him was told he would see about a partial refund, they didnt have the money for a full refund. Well i wait about two weeks, call back. He sez the same thing. I call back yet again was told no refunds. Now remember we havent started the school year yet. I emailed three times. No response, i call and left messages. No response. I dont understand how i cannot get my 208.00 back when we havent even used the services.
