Not to say i was ripped off but these young people that come to your house do not know what the answer "NO" means, when you don't have the money to pay for your house hold they sit there and stone you into paying them, Nor when they come to your house do they say you have 3 business days to cancel. I like many other unknowing people think this is a good buy or something that is good for your kids. Then when they come to your house they are very unehtical in trying to get there money even thou if you call the company itself they will tell you that the money you already paid can be refunded from the salemen themselves needless to say when the "Young Person" was here yesterday he would not leave until he had his payment in full asking if i had anyone to would pay for these books for me, as i told him "NO" and i could not afford them, very persistant in getting his money telling me once he gets the books and they are opened, they can't be returned to the company as he proceeds to open them, after he was told i did not want them nor could i pay for them. He just would not take NO for answer and would not leave until he had his money so i wrote him 7 checks totaling 210.00$. He left immediatly and once he left i called my bank and placed a stop payment on all the checks and i am sending the books back to the company and they can stick them where the sun doesn't shine... Personally these sales people need to learn what the word NO means and when they are told that a family can not afford the product they need to leave your house.!!!
