Tricked me into an account Didn`t donate.incomplete magazine changes. Refused to retern my calls. Too many unwanted magazines

Education & Science

In september they called me saying an unpaid account would go to collections if I didn`t pay in full. I told them I didn`t have the amount they wanted but was willing to settle out at a lesser amt. I was told no, but if I would take a new account they would tear up the old one. I was offered the option of donating the subscription to charity. No magazines would come to my door.

My requests to do so were ignored. I`m suposed to have the option of changing the mag. Selection at any time. I requested changes in December and again in febuary 2009. Of the 6 mag`s I requested I only got 2.

Instead of the other 4 I got a bunch of other mag`s I don`t like or want. Some of them were from other company`s I didn`t sign with. I have repeatedly called them to straiten this out But my calls were not returned.

ON several occasions I was kept on hold for up to an hour then disconnected. It is now Aug. 2009 and my credit card is still being billed $24.95 each month. I still don`t know what to do about it.
