Has been shut down and you can get your money back

I too was a victim of Global Financial credit card scam. Shame on me for falling for it. I have been a telemarketer (an honest one) for over 6 years. This presentation was so smooth that I bought it. They had all the right answers to all my questions.

When I didn't receive my package and contacted customer service many time and during the first call I knew there was something wrong, I just couldn't put my finger on it until it was to late.

Now the shoe is on the other foot. Global Financial has been force to shut down as of May 19. Their assets have been frozen. Their assets will be unfrozen on June 18 for the purpose of refunding the victims money.

Thanks to this site I was able to get the name and phone number of the ACH that was pocessing their payments. They are:

They are the ones who gave me this information on Global Financial. If you want a refund, send or fax them a copy of your bank statement showing the debit on your account and a breif request for a refund. Also, include your full name, address, and phone number. After the money has been unfrozen on the 18th of June they will be contacting those who requested refund and will be processing these for them.

Apparently First American is doing the right thing for the victims. So, if you have been a victim give them a call, they can be very helpful.
