I signed up for a free credit report and after I received it I clicked that I did not want the credit monitoring service. Then I exited the site. On Tuesday May 27th they took money from my card. This card is used to take care of my 3 grandchildren that I am raising since my daughter was killed last year. I did not want the service I just wanted the free credit report as I am getting ready to possibly buy a house for the kids. The kids have lost enough in the last 2 years so I was saving to try to give them something better. I am barely making it as it is and now this.

I told them NO! What part of NO! Didn't they understand? I want amy grandbabies money back. I want to file a charge against them but am not sure where to go. I guess I could call my local sheriff's office and ask. I tried to get back into the site and it won't let me in therefore my account is closed so why take money from me?

I am very upset! I am trying to make ends meet and they took the money that was to go for the electric bill. It is hard! I lost my job because of the kids but I will not lose the kids because of this I will have to borrow the money from a friend to pay the electric bill.
