CIC Credit Monitoring ripped off and scammed AKA Consumerinfo.com ripoff

I wanted a free report, and I was a little nervous that I neededto enter my credit card. I figured it was to help verify my name and other information. I got my report, attempted to email them a few days after reminding them that I did not want to be billed, but I found out by an over the credit limit that they had charged me 79.95. So my account was charge for being over the limit also.

I never received any emails confirming that my card was charged and never even told what site I could use to continue to get my credit reports. I would not even know that this was part of a scam until i searched for it.

I just hope I have a chance to get my money back. I am going to try to thats for sure.
