Capital dirty ripoff dogs scam con artists screwed others too

Also ripped off by fairbanks, i was told to move out, or sell, could not sell for thier balance including, had buyer ready, backed out 5,000.00 pre payment penalty, the day after i moved out, they called and said they would wave pre penalty, but had phoned potential buyer with an inflated pay off, you guessed it inflated by 5000.00

Also took 4 monthes to get documentation, that they had purchased my mortgage from countrywide, wish i would have just kept my rented apartment, the american dream getting it up the rear as always, advise. Get an attorney before buying a house, real estate agents and f&i people work for people like fairbanks they also suck sorry getting pissed off gotta go... Lakeland fl.
