Ripoff, harrassment, run around, lie, cheat

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for awhile now. The last time we spoke my payments were supposed to go to 65.00 a month with 0% interest. I paid the first on over the phone and when my next statement came in nothing was mentioned. I called again and waited anbd waited and then finally they said it wasa mixup and would fix it on the next statement. But to no avail and then charged me.

I had written, called this comapny numerous times. I have had so many problems with this company and can never seem to reach anyone.

Now, this card is on my credit report... Staulling me from the things me and my family do need. And all because of bad business. This is the worst company I have ever experienced anything with and I have no clue how to get out of this mess.

This company does not even send me statements anymore so how do I even attempt to pay what I owe if I can not have it proven to what the "Actual " balance is and what purchases were made. This company is fraudulent, corrupt and should be investigated by the better business bureau so the "honest " people can move on from this and have some kind of justice and credit!!!
