Fraud, Theif, Check bouncer, Non payment of services

In may of 09 my husband and I went to work at Debt Educators America. We worked for Jesse Martines and this company for 3 weeks. During this time we were witness to and receiptient to illegal, immoral, and unethical situations. Jesse Martinez requested me personally to "witness" a document for a client. He told me to date it for January.

I did not live in South Carolina at that time. I was in another state. Had I followed through with this. It could by all accounts be considered bank fraud. As it was a fake lease to show the clients debt to income being less than it actually was. We were witness to many checks Jesse Martinez wrote that bounced.

He admitted to me on many occasions the "bank fees were costing him a lot of money" Debt Educators of Americas and Jesse Martinez had a complaint filed against the business / and owner with the South Carolina Employment Commission. Turns out Jesse Martinez paid everyone via 1099. When he paid us he told us not to cash our checks just deposit them and the funds would be in his account tomorrow. All employees pay checks bounced.in turn our rent checks bounced and we we evicted from our home. My husband and I spent ten days homeless, with our daughter, dog and cat!

Over the last few weeks he has been paying us in peacemeal. $100 here and there. Our bank acount is now overdrawn by more then $3600.00 dollars.
He hides behind his attorney and the cornerstone church in myrtle beach. He goes to church and confesses his sins. And the church keeps taking his money!

He defrauded his ex partners out of more than $27000.00 and ripped off a local realtor for $7500.00
This man and this company are complete frauds. He tells people he will help them fix their debt, then takes their money and spends it.

Stay away from Debt Educators of America and Jesse Martinez, He has a UTAH liscense, Washington state plates on his motorhome, and ties to a mortgage broker in Atlanta named Jeff. We are sure he has done this in other states, as he confessed this to his pastor. He also confessed to ripping off and insurance company to his ex-girlfriend.

Anyone who has had dealings with this man please post on here, so he can not do this to another family or business!!
