How do I get this resolved help!!...

I do not understand, how do I get this resolved. I just received a bill for $312.96 for a "Premium Web Content" charge for a # 201-553-4712 on 5-14-03 at 2:03. When I got this bill I did not know what it was for, so I dialed their # (800) 510-5639 and could'nt get in contact with anyone, I saw they had a website so I tried to look them up to see who they were, but their site does not give a clear indication of who they are. I finally typed in "who is Alyon" on Google and got this site.

I'm very upset to read this company has obviously (censored) me, from what I've read others have had difficulty getting these charges removed and even found Alyon has reported them to credit agencys. Can someone tell me what my next step should be to get this resolved?!?!? Who should I be contacting! I have no children, work away from home and am active in church and I did not access their site and have no reasons for every downloading any lude materials, this whole thing is very upsetting and I certainly have no intention of paying this bill, nor do I want this preposterous charge reported on my credit. Please help!
