KAPLAN UNIVERSITY RIP ME OFF saying I owe near to 7,000 dollars with no explanation now my future for school is put on hold for two years because of this!

Its been two years since kaplan has yet to fix a discrepency on my accout. No one can explain or knows why I owe near to 7,000 dollars at kaplan university.
For God's sake, I had pell grants and loans when I attended, so how can I owe Kaolan and citibank at the same time. They told me lies, they told me they would fix it if I sent a copy of my diploma and filled out a income verification sheet. Still there was no correction.
I have spoken to over 10 managers and can't any NO HELP. No one ever follows up. Now I can't attend any school because I can't get any pell grants because of this outrageous balance that kaplan cannot explain. I can't afford school on my own I have three children and I am a single mom. At 22 years old I should be heading for my dreams but kaplan has created a and road block. For two years now I have been in distress, depression, and fear. Fear that I won't be able to complete my goals in life. Kaplan is all for greed they take advantage of single moms and others. If your thinking about attending kaplan its a waste of time they will rip you off and come up with some kind of balance you owe. Believe me, my mom and attened at the same time and according to them she now owes 600 dollars.
