Money hungry, good for nothing, unorganized

Savannah Tech is very unorganized, they have numerous campuses and none are in contact with the other. The classes don't really teach you anything at all. Or shall I say the teachers, it's like your'e doing it all on your own with only half the information and supplys you need. I had a "business class" that was based on typing and composing letters. The teacher was always 30 minutes late and never gave us any work. Needless to say I passed but not on any academic merit, she passed everyone in the class because there was no work to grade! Each year or semester they add another useless class or major which raises the credit curriculum and tutition prices. Some classes are only offered once a year, at one location, at one time, therefore you have no options for flexibility which is what they say they represent.

Each certficate program is pretty much the same classes just one or more difference. The registration process is pretty much hell, you enroll for your classes the day before school starts! I had to drop a class due to my schedule, instead of dropping me from the requested class I was dropped from another class. It took them almost a week to fix that mistake and I wasn't granted an excetion by the teacher on not completing the work.

I was sent a refund check from my federal aid over a month after semester started and then at the end of the quarter i get a letter stating that I owe them $300. They accidently sent me a check and I owe them now. I never received a letter directly after I got the check stating the mishap. They wrote demanding I pay like it was something I did wrong when it was there own miscommunication.

I've been enrolled for almost a year and I regret it horribly, I feel my time has been wasted and that I've learned and accomplished nothing! I think the school is a sham and worthless and everyone should know.
