Seacoast Career Schools
They lure students into signing a contract by telling the students what they want to hear

Education & Science

I went to seacoast career school in manchester, n.H. April 22 and talked with Ava anvari and Christine hardy about term length and difficulty of program. They had assured me that the term completion would be 4 months. They assured me the course was hard but considered easy. So i signed their contract.
They told me that i had 3 days to change my mind ether to stay or quite with out paying any thing. When i started the first day the teacher wrote 3 words on the black board on prefix/suffix/and root words. He than handed us a 1 1/2 text book called medical terminology and stated there were 2 chapters to complete.
The one thing they skipped over was teaching us the students was suffix/prefix/root words. They skip right over the most important part knowing students will not be able to complete the program unless they already know how to do prefix/suffix/root words.
They told me in the beginning that if a student fails he/she can do the course over again at no cost. Truth is only a portion can be done over and if a student fails he/she must pay full price to do the program over again.
They intentionally skip the part of training in root words/prefix and suffixes simply because they want the students to do the course all over again.
I asked how many students failed the last semester and they told me 1 student.

When i entered the first class the instructor asked how many students were return students and 5 students raised their hand. I called the main school in Maine and explained what had happened and they waived all tuition cost. I had been misled all the way. The sad thing is most students don't bother checking in on their rights.
The student has 2 weeks in class to change their mind to stay or quit with out paying a dime.
They don't tell students this.

I would not recommend any person to attend this school because they will be vary disappointed if they do.
Also when you take the entry test they will pass you no mater how many questions you miss. Ava actually told me every student passes the entry test no matter how bad they do.

The person behind the front desk hands you a 4 page entry test and sits you in a small room and gives you several minuets to do the test. She than checks of any number of questions stating you pasted.
I had no clue on the answers and i know i did did pass yet they showed me the test with 15 correct answers.
Do not get involved with seacoast career schools they are a well oiled scam.

Because they tell you you have 3 days to deside with out cost most students stay over the 2 week paroid and end up failing any way and then they do have to pay the full cost.

It is a sad thing when a acrideted school is only interested in making money by deseving students to sign a contract knowing the student doesent stand a chance of graduating the first time around.
