Bad business contract

Was pressured into signing a commitment by which i had been told would help me acquire my adn. I had been told that i'd apply for financing to cover costs our offer wouldnt. I wasnt aware that i'd have to pay for some unfamiliar extra organization named city credit. Or that i couldnt use my own personal books and still pay them for supplies i dont have and dont need. Approximately 2 weeks after signing and beginning our programs designated, i obtain a letter stating they require a log from the prior faculty to accomplish my course format. I had been under the impact this will have been done before registering. I additionally wasnt informed before signing contract that excellsior university isn't linked to the college community. The representative that spoke with me explained what she thought i had a need to notice. For your past 5 weeks, i've heard nothing from tcn. I chose to call and cancel my registration when i dropped employment and may no longer afford to pay this abandoned charge. I had been told i owe them and had to pay for. These were very rude. I questioned why am i necessary to purchase products that i dont have. The response was, "since you need to."
