I'd caused the Desmoines, Iowa Virginia program previously to acquire my Industrial & Device plane training, I'd my Virginia document moved 1OCT07 to phoenix, After 1 5 years and 3 appeals later, the virginia within PHX declined to assist me complete my aircraft training despite the fact that their site suggests that the virginia may and does purchase flight training, Could anybody assist me?
