Ripoff fradulant charges to my phone bill

I just received an overdue notice from my phone comany stating I owed 215.00.

When I called them about it I was told I had to call Integretel so I did. When I asked the operator what the charges were for she could not give me one specific answer. She said it could be for any of the following... Entertainment, Weather, Sports, Finance, Horoscopes.

I had 2 charges each for $99.80 and were supposedly made 20-22 minutes apart.

I was told I could agree to 50 or 100% payment. I did agree to pay for one of the charges but that was before my son got on the internet and found the rip off report website.

Now I do not want to pay ANY of the fraud. Do I legally have to since I agreed to it on the phone? I am pretty sure the conversation was taped.

What do I need to do to get my number and account cleared from this charge? Help!
