Let this be a warning for any businesses or individuals thinking about doing business with Michael Palazzo. He owes my company money and others... Do not do business with him. After several agreements to make payments he has said he is filing bankruptcy and I "will get nothing"

He has yet to put on one of his "shows", they have all been canceled. My concern is that people are paying him for his "shows" and not getting their money back.
