DEAL PASS ripoff business from hell Houston

My name is Tasha Mills. I am 21 years old. Today, April 8, I checked my account and was overdrawn $96.

I haven't purchased anything off of my card in two weeks. I spoke to a bank representative and she told me that MWI Galleria USA charged my account $139.95. I don't even know what type of company this is. I called them and spoke to Dina, her ID number is 16498, and she told me that she could cancel my membership and I would receive my $139.95 back within 3-5 days.

After I hung up, I contacted my bank one agian and told them about the situation. However, that didn't resolve my problem, because I now have to pay the bank an overdraft fee. An overdraft fee that I am not responsible for.

I called back to MWI Galleria USA and spoke to Sima, ID number 14724, and I told her about my overdraft fee and she told me that there is nothing she could do about the situation. She wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor or anyone higher up than her.

I feel like they should reimburse my overdraft fee. This company is a fraud. There is no way that she should have my bank information. I never signed anything or received any type of membership or letters from this company. Something must be done about this.
