Ripoff company debited 96.00 dollars from my account without my knowledge USA

This company debited 96.00 dollars from my account without my knowledge. When I contacted the company to get a return there was a big hassle. I had to speak with four different people before I was connected to the supervisor who did not wish to help.

I asked if she could simply put in writing that my account would be credited and fax it. Her reply was, "That is not company policy." I then replied and asked if companuy policy was to take money out of a person's account without their knowledge, and I did not receive an answer. I am still waiting for my refund.
