Ripoff business from hell

They told me that they called me to congratulate me on qualifying for some mega sweepstakes, then offered me some magazines at a very low price which totalled to like $40.00 for a year along with a free watch.

I did not really want the magazines but I wanted the watch though as they said it had a daimond in the middle.
Two months later I started seeing thatmy card was being billed some obscene charge of $39.80 which I had no idea as to what it was for. I called my credit card company and they gave me a number to call the people or company that was billing my card.

I then found out that it was CMS magazines who were billing my card. I was being billed but yet I did not receive not one magazine nor that daimond in the middle watch that they promised me, which I found was very ridiculious.

I told them to stop billing my card because I am not a member of thier club and that I am not receiving any magazines from them. The person that I spoke with told me that my card would not be billed but that I would still be charged "I then said be charged for what? I don't receive anything froom you guys."

Like one week later my mail box began pilled up with all these kinds of stupid magazines I am not interesting in. Then a month later i got a call froom some lady saying that my account was due. I was once again shocked "I was like what account?" She then told me that if I did not my my balance that I would be reported to the credit bureau.

I then told her that what ever account I have with them to please cancel it. She said that my account cannot be cancelled and that the only thing I can do right now is to pay them off.

I then asked what would my total balance be for the entire year and she said $300.00 and some cents. I was really upset as the man whom I first spoke too and never sent me any magazines told me that it would be $40.00. I then asked her to send me my invoice via mail and also to send it to my email address just incase the mail screws up. Up to this date I have not received any invoice from them and have no means of contacting them.

Now I am on the internet trying to find their website to pay them off only to find a consumer complanit site about them not only one. I can see that there are thousands of other consumers like me who deserve to be treated right.
I just want everyone to be treated fairly and warn people about telemarketing companies such as CMS magazines as they are a company from hell.
