JD Marvel - Not just fraudulent - dangerous!

I ordered 2 Super Mini-ears from JD Marvel on Jan. 2, nothing came but catalogs saying they were sorry my order was delayed. March 12 I wrote that I wanted a refund instead of the order.

April 20 I received the ordered items which were trash - they don't fit in any "human" ear, they sound like scratchy, bad radio reception if you do manage to squeeze them in your ear. I sent the products back on April 22 and requested a refund. I heard nothing from them...

May 22 I sent an email to their website that is "Coming Soon" but lists an email contact only to be sent a computer worm from them the W32/BadTrans worm that steals your password list from your computer - no other message except the one generated by the worm. I wasn't fool enough to open the attachment called "Me_nude. Avi. Pif" but the worm also generates several more innocuous names that I might have opened and been subject to the worm.

It is June 17 and I have yet to receive a refund from my return or any reply from the company regarding the delay and the computer worm.
