RJM Acquistion LLc - BookPlanet BookClub
They're trying to rip me off, and threatening to ruin my credit. This is a scam

I received an account statement in the mail today for a past due payment of $106.19 for a BookClub subscription from RJM Acquisitons claiming that they purchased my BookPlanet account. I have never heard of BookPlanet Bookclub and never had an accouint with this company. They have the nerve to begin their letter by stating "as you recall", RMJ Acquisitions LLc ("RJM") has purchased the above referrenced account". A transaction I have no knowledge of, much less to recall. Please advise how to handle this situation. I do not wnat thes scam aertists to ruin my credit.
