I've exactly the same problem as others I've read. I had been permitted to attend Ashford after my preliminary mortgage year for another full-year with no mortgage or funds. I had been a new comer to the mortgage procedure and didn't understand that I had a need to make an application for financing every year till a Ashford reps named me in the last second (nearly annually later) and recommended me that I had a need to get my application for the loan for them within three times.
