RIPOFF consumer fraud ripoff

My husband and I while looking through home listings on MSN.com clicked the free credit report and sometime later received a $79.95 charge to our bank account. When I spoke to my bank they informed me of where the charge came from. When I called the 1-800 I got an agent (after holding fo 15 min) who told me that she could not help me since the report was my husbands. She also threatened me by saying I had committed a felony by fraudulantly getting my husbands credit report. When I tried to gt the times they are open so my husband could call she hung up on me, so I'm on myway to my bank with several of these statements in hand.
