We been paying our bill on time monthly I send my payment out early about a week or so before the due date.

They have claimed it late, even though they cashed the check on March 3,03 (which was a monday. They also claimed they take at about 24 hour to process it. Meaning they had to recieve in on either the 28th of febuary or the 1st of March, since sunday was no mail recieved. They back showed it cashed on the internet by the 5th of March. They charged us 29 bucks late fee. When questioned they buckled with all the dates we were able to throw at them. Admitting they don't work on sundays. The due date is the 1st they had it in their office. These people need a group law suit. If one comes up count me in. This is not only fraudulant but I think often over looked by most. They must pocket a large sum. 29X oh i dont know maybe 10000? Maybe 100000, or 200000.

They have me so stressed. I just wanna pay off my wedding rings, not go into further debt on trumped up charges and imaginary late fees. What can we do pleaseeeeee help us. I worry about this every month. Isnt it illegal to do this across so many state lines or something. I have read so many complaints and i regret getting the credit card through our jeweler now for this. Its really dampened out wedding
