Nor-Am Medical uses the telephone as their tool. They guaranteed they would not charge for the product unless I phoned them to activate the membership. My bank called to inform me of an NSF, but I couldn't understand why. I found the charges from Nor-Am Medical. There was no reference number to call but I had written down a customer svc. Number when I originally spoke to the cust. Svc. Rep.

The company uses a customer service call center that serves the clients.infinity Media-Manager: Shannon Jolle, asst. Mgr.: Lee Brown, cust. Svc. Reps: Sharon, Kaynana, Selecia, Kirat & Terrell. They ask for your phone number, the last four digits of the number you call and how much you paid. This company always promises they are sending the file for processing within 30 days, but I've not received anything to this date.

They have gone so far as to accuse me of trying to defraud them by saying I never receive either package they sent. After badgering them, I found out they had sent it to the wrong address, but they would not follow-up by checking the signature of the person that signed for these "packages" I supposedly received.

I have never dealt with a company that does not identify themselves when answering the phone, resist when asked the name of their company and refuses to give any information such as a physical street address vs. PO Box, phone number or name of the director or manager of Nor-Am or Infinity Media.

I believe they prey on those of us that have been involved in accidents, may have long-term medical problems, and trusting fools like myself! If you hear these names... Quickly get the person's name and a phone number, tell them you are not interested, then hang up the phone!
