Housing Solution Com Inc Deceptive Business Practices - Do NOT Trust - Mis Represented/Overstated Product

Company offers a Web-Based Software Program call the Ultimate Real Estate Investor (UREI) to help Real Estate Investors. The owner, Gerald Romine, promises a 30-day refund policy verbally, but does not tell the whole story. There is NO refund once the program is seen by the user.

In my case, the program did not work as promoted or advertised. I tried to return the program within three weeks by submitting a formal letter to the company. There is no refund allowed once the customer views the program, regardless of quality of the program or whether it works as represented.

The company tries to hide behind a so-called License Agreement. The agreement is there to bilk monies out of customers who want to return the defective program.

All policies and procedures are obscure and vaguely stated. At no time does the company fully disclose its Policies and Procedures and does not ask customers to sign a document as the fully understanding anything.

This company hides behind the fact that there is box checked by the user during log on. The information in that box resides on the company's computer and can be made to say anything to the benefit of the company.

Repeated attempts to get a Refund have been rejected. This company is simply bilking and extorting monies from customers for a defective and improperly working program.
