Income Stategies Institute
Typical bait and switch scammers with very good salesman to get the job done

Education & Science

Like all hyped up products, they made things sound very promising at their promotional meetings. They promised to teach something at the first "free" 2 day seminar that would allow me to make enough money to pay for the following $5-10,000 classes. All they did for 2 days was get you excited enough to entice you to just buy the classes anyway, nothing informational was taught at all. This is not my "first rodeo" yet I fell for it, and have been dissappointed and trying to get my money back ever since, that was 3 years ago.

My biggest problem and the point of which I hoped I could get a lawsuit against them was they promised in the contract "LIVE seminars" in my area. I am from Minnesota and to them Colorado is "in my area".in other words I have been waiting for over 3 years for something closer than a 16 hour drive. When I complain about this they just tell me to keep using the "webinar" which is interesting but lame information. They insisted at the seminar that a LIVE mentoring coach is what was missing from other seminars and that they were the ones that were different by providing that missing link. All a bunch of B.S.

I have been to a lot of seminars and they are all the same, run by a bunch of smooth talking crooks. I look back on some of the others in hind sight and have to admit they really put together an amazing orchestrated show. One thing I have noticed of which Income Strategies Institute was the same, the contracts have very unprofessional fine print, they are loaded with spelling mistakes, incomplete sentences, contradicting statements, etc.in fact when I asked Sydney Sperry personally at the seminar about this, he said don't worry about it, he "promised" the whole class that we would get the terms of which he verbally stated at the class, yeah right.

Don't go anywhere near these people or any others. I will say about 8 years ago I spent $300 dollars on a real estate program of books and CD's from one of the popular real estate guys in florida at the time. I am blanking out on his name, but that did work out well for me and I now own 9 residential rental properties. This guy honestly wanted to help others and my feeling at the time was that $300 was worth the risk. The information given was nothing that couldn't be found at the library, but it was organized and addressed things you might miss if you had to read 8 different books and summarize and figure it all out by yourself.
