Ripoff charged for services not used & will not cancell acct. Ripoff business from hell Internet

I cancelled my acct. Sept. Of 2002 or so I thought, in November they charged me another month's fee on my charge card. After calling I was told that my 14 year old had signed up, and was put on my charge card, of course without my knowledge. 2003 rolls around and I find another charge on my card again. After calling aol yet again, they give my a cancelation number. But still nothing has been charged back to my card.
